Further details

Alcaucin, Puente don Manuel, Los Romanes, Periana and Lake Vinuela are all very close and have lots of superb tapas bars and restaurants offering local well-cooked dishes. They have markets on different days and all have their own ‘fiestas’, full of colour, flamenco, and local traditions. During the summer, rarely does more than a few days pass when there is not a fiesta to be visited, celebrating; peaches, wine, grapes, raisins and not forgetting olives, basically any reason to party.
