Step through the front door of our lovely villa into an open-plan and very comfortable living/dining/ kitchen area.
LOUNGE & DINING ROOM
There is a TV with UK channels, DVD player, CD player, a selection of books and games and air conditioning, also the lounge has a very efficient wood burner for those cosy winter evenings, the patio doors open on to the terrace, the dining area has a table and six chairs another set of patio doors onto the terrace.
Come back inside and there are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both are good size with air conditioning, ceiling fans and are accessible for those with limited mobility. The double bedroom has its own en~suite bathroom while the twin~bedded room is next to the general bathroom.
Going up, there is an upper terrace where there is comfortable seating. Also from here you will be entranced by the beautiful views of the mountains, the sea in the distance and finally Lake Vinuela. You can sit here in the sun admiring the sunrises and sunsets or find shade under the retractable awning. A great place to stargaze at night…and there are a lot of stars!
You can walk the numerous footpaths direct from the door, anything from a 10~minute stroll to longer walks of several kilometres….right around the lake if you want to and have the time! Shops,restaurants and bars are all just a few minutes away while the coast is a twenty minute drive.
BEDROOM 1
Double bed, fitted wardrobe, two bedside tables and lights, chest of drawers. Air conditioning, heat and cool and a ceiling fan, there is a door leading to the en suite with a full size bath and shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and a hair dryer.

BEDROOM 2
Two single beds, bedside tables and lights, fitted wardrobe with drawers inside, air conditioning hot and cool and a ceiling fan.
Up the stairs through a door leads you to the upper terrace.
THE KITCHEN
You will find all the appliances you would have at home, including a dishwasher, built in oven and microwave, juicer, plenty of crockery and cutlery including ones for outside dining, the archway lead to the Utility room, where you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Doors lead from this area out onto the pool terrace. There are stunning mountain views from here and you can relax on sun loungers or in the pool which enjoys sunshine all day long, and if shade is needed, the pergola will provide it. Here there is a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. Why not try the excellent butcher’s in the nearby village and enjoy a barbecue in the amazing surroundings.
OUTSIDE TERRACES
You will find a lovely covered terrace for your outside dining and a gas BBQ there is a table and chairs for six people and room to put your sunbed if you want some shade around the pool side There are six sunbeds around the pool enough for everyone and pool towels. There is a pretty garden all around the villa with flowering shrubs, the garden is gated and all fenced, so safe for young children.
Close by, you can rent kayaks etc to spend time on the lake. There are many places for photographers, painters, bird watchers and walkers to spend hours, or days exploring.
