House Description
Our villa has three well proportioned air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious lounge diner, with a brand new kitchen installed this winter. We have a much larger than average pool with Roman steps making entry and exit very easy. The garden has year round appeal, especially when the almond trees are in flower, a covered terrace from where to admire it, and the spectacularly colourful sunsets as the sun goes down and turns the mountain through orange to purple. This is a wonderful place for that truly relaxing holiday.
A short drive will take you to two of the best restaurants in the area, a typically Spanish one, and a superb Indian. We are also close to all of the amenities of Los Romanes, Puente Don Manuel and La Vinuela, here there are; shops, chemists, banks with cash points, numerous bars and restaurants, everything you could possibly want including a fish and chip shop and a beauty parlour. We are central to Gibraltar, Cordoba, Seville, Granada and Marbella, all less than a two hour drive away. The area is ideal for walking and hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and a painter and photographers dream.

LOUNGE DINING ROOM
You will find two comfortable sofas, TV with english channels, console table where you will find a welcome book and information on the area, coffee table, modern wood burner, for the cooler months, patio doors which leads to the terrace, air conditioning, dining table and six chairs.
KITCHEN
A brand new fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and all the things you would have at home, plenty of crockery and cutlery and outside crockery.
From the lounge takes you to a hallway where you will find two bedrooms and a family family bathroom.
BEDROOM 1
King size bed, bedside table and lights, patio doors on to the terrace, archway to the dressing area where there are mirrored fitted wardrobes, door to the en suite, which has a large walk in shower, glass shower screen, toilet and hand basin, bathroom cabinet and a heated towel rail.

BEDROOM 2

From the kitchen door you will find a small hallway and stairs leading to the MASTER SUITE:
King size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lights, door to the En Suite with a modern bath and a large walk-in shower, toilet, hand basin, cabinet, heated towel rail. Patio doors from the bedroom opening onto the very large sun terrace, here you will; find two sun loungers, two chairs and a table, a perfect place to see the sun rise, fantastic view of all the surrounding villages, lake and mountain.

The covered terrace has a table and six chairs for outside dining, and taking in those wonderful view of the lake and several villages around, BBQ area, with a very modern large gas BBQ, the pool has plenty of space for sun loungers, there is also a large pergola with a comfortable sofa, two chairs, coffee table, for you to relax out of the sun. The pool is significantly larger than most, six sunbeds around the poolside.
This villa benefits with two master bedrooms we can therefore offer it as a two bedroom villa, outside of peak time, using the master downstairs bedroom with a low occupancy rate, contact us for pricing.
As you can imagine, with all of this nature on your doorstep, there is a 2km concrete track to reach the villa. It is entirely ‘doable’ in the smallest of rental cars.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Fresh towels, including pool towels and linen are provided. Our property is cleaned to a high standard prior to occupation, with a change of bed linen dependent on length of stay. Extra maid service can of course be arranged for an extra charge.
Notes on accommodation:
The villa has full air-conditioning in the summer and heated in winter, there is an efficient wood burner for a cosy winter evening. There are three hairdryers for your use.

We are able to offer extremely competitive car rental from Malaga airport.
Days out that include, walking and cycling tours, boat trips, wake-boarding, sightseeing and even a flight from our local airstrip.
In the immediate area you can walk for miles from your doorstep, go bird-watching, paint, or for the more energetic; mountain bike, kayak or sail on Lake Vinuela.
Cots and highchairs are available on a first come first served basis at a small extra cost.
