Casa Golondrina is a family home and one of five luxury villas on a quiet cul-de-sac. Nestled in the hills, it offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
On the ground floor are the hallway with a toilet, the kitchen, and the spacious, bright living room with large glass doors leading to a large terrace. The living room was refurbished and fully modernized in 2025. The room offers a large comfortable corner sofa, a dining area for six, a smart TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings later in the season.
The Spanish open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and fully furnished. You can use the washing machine free of charge. The tap water in the house is filtered and safe to drink.
On the terrace, with a large dining table, various seating areas, and loungers, you can relax in the sun or shade and enjoy the enchanting view, which changes every day and changes with the light.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and the three bedrooms.
A marble staircase leads down to the bedrooms, two of which have double beds (both with lake views) and a third bedroom with two single beds. A crib and/or highchair are also available if needed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom is located in the hallway for the other bedrooms. All bedrooms have private patio doors leading to the terrace and the swimming pool located one level below.
