breathtaking views of Lake Viñuela. This spacious five-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat
blends modern touches with timeless Mediterranean charm, making it the perfect destination

Out of high season, July and August, Monterosa may also be rented for smaller groups at a reduced rate utilising just two, three or four of the bedrooms.
The bedrooms for lower occupancy are as follows for a four bedroom use, the available bedrooms are numbers two, three four and five. Bedroom number one will be unavailable.
All of the villa’s living areas and terraces are available for your use. The villa is light and airy, featuring quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen.
Each bedroom is beautifully designed with premium quality mattresses and pillows, three of them super king size, soft linens, and ample natural light, creating a haven of comfort and
tranquillity. Bedroom five has two single beds in it.
All living areas and bedrooms have air-conditioning.
