This lovely refurbished villa, having plenty of space, and has lovely views over Vinuela and the mountains. Plus it is only a short drive to the white villages of La Vinuela and Alcaucin.
Apologies for our photographs the villa, the builders are still finishing off, but you can see where it is heading. It becomes available from the first week of August.
It has three double bedrooms,one with an ensuite, and a family bathroom. A large spacious lounge dining room, lovely outside spaces with terraces to sit and eat, and plenty of areas to relax in the sun and in the shade as you please. A drive large enough for three cars.
The villa can also be rented at anytime outside of the peak season at a ‘couples’ low occupancy rate. Just ask for the details.
