A lovely villa close to the beautiful ‘White Village’ of Alcaucin. The villa has its own private pool, is only a 10-minute walk to the heart of the village and a 25 minute drive to the coast. It sleeps 6 and an infant in 3 spacious bedrooms.
Casa Hyam is in a stunning location on the edge of Alcaucin village, it was the owners’ home and is new to being rented. The villa has its own larger than average private swimming pool a spacious terrace with sun-loungers to relax on and take in the view, there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a generous open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area.
For outdoor dining there is a covered terrace with uninterrupted views down the valley to Lake Vinuela. There is also an informal seating area in which to relax and a barbecue area off the kitchen. This is an ideal base to explore the surrounding areas including the Sierra Tejada Natural Parque, you can go horse riding, walking, or sightseeing, and we are central to most attractions of the Costa Del Sol and major cities of Andalucía.

There are so many local activities for you to do, they include: Football and basketball courts, padel tennis, walking/cycling in the mountains, kayaking and windsurfing down on the lake.
Accommodation:
Master bedroom: light airy room with direct access to the terrace, this has a King size bed, dressing area with double wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King size bed, double wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Twin single beds, double wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
Bathrooms:
En-suite to master with walk in shower, toilet, bidet , vanity unit, mirror and hairdryer.
Main bathroom with bath and shower, toilet, bidet , hand basin with mirror, heated towel rail, heater and towel shelving with hairdryer.
Kitchen:
Open plan and modern space, fully fitted with stunning views to the South and West, granite worktops, double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Adjoining pantry, Utility room including fridge /freezer, washing machine and ample storage. Door to barbecue area and patio rear of the villa.

The light and bright lounge, diner, kitchen area has patio doors leading on to the South and West facing terrace with far reaching views . There is a very efficient wood-burner (for those cosy winter evenings), 2 comfortable sofas, dining table and 8 chairs, flat screen smart TV
Outside:
The larger than average pool is situated on a sunny terrace with commanding views down the valley to the lake, there are several different areas for both eating and relaxing, which are shaded and sunny.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Fresh towels including pool towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned to a high standard prior to your visit; there will be a change of linen depending on your length of stay.
Notes on accommodation:
The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated with units in each room.
Coast/Beaches.
The beaches of the Costa de Sol are just 20 mins drive away with Lake Vinuela just at the bottom of the valley.
Also within 25 minutes you will be at Baviera Golf in Torre/Velez, and 35 will see you at Anoreta.
Travel
Malaga airport is less than an hour’s drive; whist Granada airport is about an hour and a quarter. Nerja is just 40 minutes away; The Alhambra Palace takes just over an hour as do the hot spots of Marbella, Puerte Banus, Belemadena and Fuengirola. Seville and Gibraltar are approx. 2 hour’s drive away. Car hire is not a must but is recommended to explore the surrounding areas and get the very most from your stay in our beautiful area.
