The quality of reception depends on the Internet connection in the property, connection and bandwidth might be poor, so you may well have times when the reception is broken up. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any changes in transmission by the satellite companies leading to the loss of a signal/ channel reception.

Q: “Are pools in use all year & are they heated?”

A: Most pools are maintained and in use all year round. Some guests do swim in the winter months
even though the water is cold from November through to the end of March. Some pools are heated
by ‘heat exchangers’, we endeavour to maintain approx. 10 deg C above the ambient temperature; when not in use and at night, please use the pool covers supplied otherwise the pool temperature will drop considerably. There is a safety feature on the heat exchangers which automatically shut down to prevent damage if it becomes too cold, it will then become impossible to heat the pool until the weather improves.

Granada.

Q: “Can you book our car rental?”

A: Again, no. We do however have a well recommended contact for you based at Malaga airport. You
pre-send your details, licence copy etc, you are met, given the keys and you drive away, saving much valuable time that would usually be spent in the queue at the rental desk.
