Out of high season July and August, Monterosa may also be rented for smaller groups at a much-reduced rate utilising just two, three or four of the bedrooms.

The bedrooms for lower occupancy are as follows: for three-bedroom use of the villa, the available bedrooms are numbers are one, two and three. Bedroom one has the ability to have the super king size bed made into two large single beds.

All of the villa’s living areas and terraces are available for your use when reserved as reduced occupancy. The villa is light and airy, featuring quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen.
