House Description
LOUNGE & DINING ROOM
There is a Smart TV, DVD player, a selection of books, games and reversible air conditioning (hot and cold). The lounge has a very efficient wood burner for those cosy winter evenings. The dining area has a table and six chairs with patio doors that open on to the large pool terrace. The villa also has hi speed wifi making it easy to connect to TV streaming services if needed.
Come back inside and there are two good sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have reversible air conditioning, ceiling fans and are accessible for those with limited mobility. The double bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, while the second bedroom has a small double bed and one single bed and is adjacent to a full family bathroom.
Going up, there is an upper terrace where there is comfortable seating. Also from here you will be entranced by the beautiful views of the mountains, the sea in the distance and finally Lake Vinuela.
You can sit here in the sun admiring the sunrises and sunsets or find shade under the retractable awning. A great place to stargaze at night…and there are a lot of stars!
You can walk the numerous hiking trails direct from the front door, anything from a 10 minute stroll to longer walks of several kilometres….it is a walkers / hikers paradise!
Shops,restaurants and bars are all just a few minutes drive away while the coast is a twenty minute drive from the villa.
BEDROOM 1
Double bed , fitted wardrobe, two bedside tables and lamps as well as a chest of drawers, reversible air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is an en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, toilet, wash hand basin and a hair dryer.
FAMILY BATHROOM
Full size bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet, also a hair dryer.
BEDROOM 2
One small double bed (100cm) and one single bed, bedside tables and lights, fitted wardrobe with chest of drawers, air conditioning hot and cool and a ceiling fan.
Up the stairs, a door leads you out onto the upper terrace.
THE KITCHEN
You will find all the appliances you would have at home, including a dishwasher, built in oven and microwave, electric juicer, plenty of crockery and cutlery including ones for outside dining. The archway leads to the utility room, where you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board and large fridge freezer.
Doors lead from this area out onto the pool terrace. There are stunning mountain views from here and you can relax on sun loungers or in the pool which enjoys sunshine all day long, and if shade is needed, the pergola will provide it. Here there is a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. Why
not try the excellent butcher’s in the nearby village and enjoy a barbecue in the amazing surroundings.
OUTSIDE TERRACES
You will find a lovely covered terrace for your outside dining and a gas BBQ. There is a table and chairs for six people and room to put your sunbed if you want some shade around the pool side The recently renovated swimming pool has terracing around it complete with six sunbeds , enough for everyone, and pool towels are provided. There is a garden surrounding the villa with flowering
shrubs. The garden is gated and fenced, so safe it is safe for young children with off road parking for two cars.
There are many places for photographers, painters, bird watchers and walkers to spend hours, or days exploring.
