Holiday Rental Services

We take care of all aspects of renting your property, ensuring a smooth experience for both owners and guests.

  • Licensing and Legalities: We help new clients acquire holiday rental licenses and ensure compliance with all tourist board regulations.
  • Personalized Check-in: We contact guests prior to their arrival to arrange a meeting point and personally escort them to the villa. During this time, we provide essential information about the property and collect passport information for registration with the Guardia Civil to comply with rental regulations.
  • Welcome Pack: Every guest receives a complimentary welcome pack featuring beverages and local products. This can also be arranged for your own private guests.
  • Security Deposits: We ensure that your property is checked for damages before returning any security deposits. When possible, we collect the deposit upon the guest’s arrival and return it after the property inspection.
  • High-Quality Linens: We provide hotel-quality, white cotton bed linens, along with bath mats, hand towels, bath towels, and pool towels. Essential toiletries like hand soap, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies are included free of charge. Special requests such as baby cots or highchairs can also be accommodated.
  • Flexible Cleaning Services: Our reputable cleaning team is available to cater to any specific service requirements.
  • 24-Hour Emergency Contact: Both property owners and guests have access to our 24-hour emergency hotline for immediate assistance.
